Great place very friendly and knowledgeable staff. No pressure to buy. I went in to buy my first MTB and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made sure it was a great fit. I got a great price and a awesome bike. I love it!! They have a great selection of beautiful bikes and it's hard to pick just one. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be buying another bike from them in the near future.
As usual another great experience at performance bicycle in orland park. John with the gear tats and the blonde lady always help and have so much knowledge for all types of riding. I highly suggest them to everyone!! We drive out from New Lenox and will never go elsewhere! Thank you guys for being so helpful. Best customer service around!

While there was some bumps in the road, they made everything right. After purchasing a bike, the petals broke off within just a few uses. At first the refused to warranty it. I went to corporate, who was happy to replace the petals on their dime and replaced the petals for free.
Just purchased my first road bike--- 2015 Kestrel Talon from the Orland location along with pedals, computer, shoes etc. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Michael (I think the manager) was very helpful in advising me on all of the purchases and gear. There was no pressure to make a sale and it seems that most of the people working at the store are avid bikers and know what they are talking about. I look forward to do my future purchases at the store and I will certainly try to ride with some of the employees on the rides they organize on Saturdays and Sundays. Very happy with the overall experience.
