I went to Kohl's for some nice business casual clothing and was not disappointed! However, what really set the experience apart was the EXCEPTIONAL customer service given to me by a girl named Rita. I had a million questions to ask her about credit card applications and discounts and store policy and she answered them all with intelligence, patience, and a friendly smile. I will continue to shop here as long as Rita is working there.
Great inventory, very clean. Just B.S. all the 10-30% off promotions usually available for using YOUR financing and paying the interest like most people who don't pay their account off monthly. EXCLUDES THE BRANDS MOST POPULAR and have whole sections dedicated to. And the very small window your given to use Kohls Cash is ridiculous.

I went shopping during my lunch break, I had only 15 minutes to spare, I ask customer service to direct me to the women's shoe department and when I got there I noticed that the shoe shelves was fully stocked with everything that was in the advertised in the sales paper. I got my favorite shoes and was in and out the store. That's what I call quality customerservice!
