One of the better Best Buy locations. Stuff is organized and displays are nice.
Best Buy, is pretty much a place that is described by its name. Here you can find cheap prices on all different kinds of technology. People here are wonderful and are always willing to do deals with you to ensure you are getting the ‘Best Buy possible’. Staff here are always friendly and are always greeting you and asking you how you are going. Oy thing is although they are called Best Buy, it is better that you check prices of other place and even online as it can be a slightly cheaper and overall saving you money. But good service and shopping overall.
Tech assistant, Mike, was patient and kind. He explained things so we understood. He is fabulous.
Bought a gopro a month before my vacation, I told the sales associate this and asked if there are any stipulations in regards to the returns. The associate said there are no issues returning it as long as it is boxed and has all the original packaging. The pictures were horrible on my vacation after my gopro and I went in to return the product. The supervisor was so rude and said she could not return it as it is past 15 days. I was livid as I was told the wrong information just so they could sell a product. I am now left with a $400 product that is worthless to me. Every time I have purchased something from this store there are always issues and people misleading you. I will NEVER purchase from best buy again as their customer service and return policies are ridiculous. They should learn a thing or two from thriving companies such as amazon. Lesson learned.
Product was in stock. Employee helped put in vehicle. Store is clean and a very friendly place. Has very good products and newest technology. There appliance center is nice. They also have a good section with lots of Tvs, dvd players, sound systems. Best Buy has been around a very long time.
