Ultimate Massage Spa was very clean! Had a nice friendly atmosphere! The massage was a little too rough for my tastes though.....The aroma therapy steam shower was really nice!
This was the best massage I ever received. The atmosphere was soothing, all of the staff were wonderful and my therapist Ly'Vashia was patient and professional. She consistently asked how the pressure was and if everything was going fine. I really appreciated that. I will be returning soon!!!
I always have a wonderful experience when going to this spa. Everyone is welcoming and very professional. The therapists are experts in pain relief and deep tissue massage. I have had the pleasure of trying several massage therapists, and I have a hard time choosing one. I have a hectic schedule, and sometimes call at a moment's notice to book a massage, and every time they are able to fit me into their schedule. The spa is very serene with a warm relaxing environment. I recommend Ultimate Massage Spa to anyone that needs a pain relief massage , or just a soothing relaxing massage. You can expect to be treated well and pampered. I will be a long time client of this spa!
I used to work for this location and it was one of the cheapest businesses that I have ever worked for. I changed my name for this review because I want to keep my identity safe from the owners. They overwork me did not give me lunch Break I would give around 5 to 6 massages back to back they could vary from 60 minutes to 90 minutes not even a giving enough time to change the sheets as the other client would start their session. So that is the reason why therapist have to cut the time short for other clients. Not once did I ever see the steam shower get cleaned. When clients add the gratuity on the card they charge us three dollar fee for the transaction. Also, Dan books extra massages for the Asian lady which she is the owner and they take a lot of the clients from the other therapist so we just sit there sometimes doing no work because the owners were taking all the clients. When I quit working for this location I had put them for a referral and they told the other locations that I was always late for my appointments and that I was unprofessional
Really enjoyed my massage. Room was quiet and very relaxing. Looks much nicer on the inside than outside. Management- I would change the outside signage...makes the place look cheap, need more elegant signage ....just a thought :)
