The customer service is excellent and convenient office hours as well. Very helpful staff and enjoyable office enviroment. I would recommend to all family and friends.
Kurland was awful. We are loyal Progressive customers across 3 state moves and have dealt with several of their agents on a number of matters. Kurland was obviously not interested in getting us any sort of discount and their customer service was a joke. Their sole objective was to get money from us without giving any care to whether my family was properly insured. I'm glad to be done with them. Moved to a different agent and am saving a ton... with the SAME insurance through Progressive. I would DEFINITELY recommend you find someone else to do business with.
