REALLY BIG SELECTIONS OF SHOES... from sport shoes to winter boots.. for ladies kids and men.. they kind of pricey but worth every penny.. cause they really withstand couple years.. helfull staff.. if they dont have your size they order it for you
I just left DSW in Orland Park. I went there to return a pair of gym shoes that were too big and before I got in line I was walking around looking for something to exchange them with. I noticed a male employee with dark hair kept looking at me while I was browsing. Then I turn around and see him gesture towards me to 2 large African American men dressed in plain clothes and realized that he was having them follow me and clearly they were security guards. I was so uncomfortable that I just went straight to the register and returned my item without buying anything or exchanging it for anything else. I have been a customer at this location for the past 3 years that I've lived in the area. I'm a premium rewards member and spend a lot of money with this location. I have never felt more humiliated in a store and will not be returning to this location. If the employee thinks I'm trying to steal because I have a DSW bag, they should offer to keep my bag behind the counter while I browse, not make me feel like a criminal. I'm highly offended and will not be giving my money to this location or perhaps any DSW in the future. Thanks for making me feel uncomfortable and unwanted.
I went there Saturday after black Friday, had a coupon to get a free tote with $30 purchase. Found the jewelry i needed for a wedding, and waited in line for a long time. I know it was busy, but only two cashier's on Saturday after black friday at 12pm? Really?
